6:00 PM Jim’s Rant For The Day. Felony Murder Rule.
- What
you are trying to grasp is called the Felony Murder Rule if you are trying
to figure out why the BLM backed off in Nevada today. The rule states that
if in the process of committing a felony, if anyone dies in connection
with it, even from a heart attack, all perpetrators are guilty of murder.
I have already shown you that PER SE, the BLM and Harry Reid were
committing felonies. Therefore, if anyone died in the confrontation,
government officials or not, they would be up against murder charges.
- That
is why they bailed, that and the fact that the entire world knows the
truth about what was going on and it became apparent that there was no way
they could win. I know that our legal system is now illegal. I know that
they might have had a little help in getting out of the murder charges.
But even in an illegal system, there are some things so basic to the human
nature that there is no getting around it. And shooting the cowboy while
stealing his cows has been ingrained in us since we were kids to be
illegal. That is why they ran.

THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS EXCEPT 98% OF THE PEOPLE IN THE GOOD OLD US OF A..... IF HARRY REID IS NOT ARRESTED THIS COMING WEEK WE NEED TO REALLY TURN UP THE HEAT....WE NEED TO KEEP THE ROCK ROLLING AS IT IS VERY EASY TO GET COMPLACENT AND PUT DOWN OUR DUKES.....TIME......TO.......TURN..........UP.........THE .........HEAT........ LETS GETTER-ER-DONE.......WE CANNOT LET THIS INCIDENT REST.....UNTIL HARRY AND HIS ENTOURAGE ARE IN JAIL!!!!
That is why I posted the “Arrest Warrant For Sen. Harry Reid!” and others as I know enough about the We The People's rights!

And this needs to put in front of EVERY City Council and County Board of Supervisors, thinking that We The People are to Obey ONLY the Federal Authorities!
Yet on the Other hand where is the Law for the 'Felony Murder Rule' as that may have come about AFTER 1871 for which THE UNITED STATES, INC. does NOT have to comply with its OWN Policies?
