As Judge Napolitano said, and I agree, the sensible and correct thing to do was simply take the judgment awarded in court, file a lien and then collect it when the property is inevitably sold or inherited. Napolitano also said he believes the ranchers should have won in court - but regardless, there was no need for the federal overreach.
Though I think if we are to take our country back and do it within the system we should do it from the bottom up, starting with the local sheriffs like Sheriff Mack advocates, I would love to see a President/VP ticket of Rand Paul at the top and either Ben Carson or Judge Napolitano as the BP. I also like Adam West. I would actively work for such a ticket the same as I will do what I can to oppose Hillary Benghazi Clinton.
BTW, beware Ted Cruz as a likely fifth column insider posing as an outsider. No way I would ever trust a guy who is married to a Goldman-Sachs VP who sits on the Planning Committee of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
I am hoping that the showdown at the Bundy ranch woke a lot of people up to how patriots can band together and resist a tyrannical fed.

Where was Rand Paul at the Bundy Ranch? Learn to discern and do some critical thinking...DC had a chance to right the wrongs and stand with the people....everyone of them is complicit in this corruption. and where is the inquisition into the affairs of the Reid Family and the Chinese in this land grab?

I would like to see a ticket of Ben Carson and Adan West. Now that is a ticket the nation can gat behind.

I don't think there's a question about whether or not the Bundy's owe for grazing their cattle on BLM land. They do. But the problem is that nothing was ever done for 20 YEARS!! And by the government not doing anything in that length of time, they have set a precedent. And if it ever goes to court, a good lawyer will point that fact out.

Probably the statute of limitations has run out on this anyways. At least the majority of it.
