AK-47s Banned in United States by King’s Order

Confiscated AK-47 Rifles
BY DANA CRISWELL – July 18, 2014
Yesterday, President Obama issued Executive Order 13662 which bans importation of any Kalashnikov Concern products which would include the popular AK-47, any parts or accessories, and Saiga rifles and shotguns.
This order prohibits the importation or sale of any product that Kalashnivkov Concern has any interest in.  This means the supply of products and parts for AK-47s and Saiga firearms has disappeared.  Dealers will not be able to find new guns and as always once the supply line has stopped the price of existing guns will skyrocket.
According to Treasury Department’s  Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC),  “If a U.S. person is in possession of a Kalashnikov Concern product that was bought and fully paid for prior to the date of designation (i.e., no payment remains due to Kalashnikov Concern), then that product is not blocked and OFAC sanctions would not prohibit the U.S. person from keeping or selling the product in the secondary market, so long as Kalashnikov Concern has no interest in the transaction.”
So the bottom line is we now have gun control by executive order.  Under the guise of punishing Russia, Obama has found a way to ban a popular gun.  There is no law, no appeal, no representation, it is simply ordered by our new king.

And the bastard Obama (yes, he is technically a bastard) will get away with it as Congress and the Courts are bought, paid for and blackmailed.

Stated within a written document received September 17, 1997, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Legal Counsel, Office of the Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Richard L. Shiffin, in response to a FOIA, was the following:
"A fact that is frequently overlooked is that Executive orders and proclamations of the President normally have no direct effect upon private persons or their property, and instead, normally constitute only directives or instructions to officers or employees of the Federal Government.
The exception is those cases in which the President is expressly authorized or required by laws enacted by the Congress to issue an Executive order or proclamation dealing with the legal rights or obligations of members of the public. Such as issuance of Selective Service Regulations, establishment of boards to investigate certain labor disputes, and establishment of quotas or fees with respect to certain imports into this country."
