The Kurdish budget is approved right now. The Chinese are happy as the
Swift method of transferring funds bank to bank are moving right now. The bonds on the trading platforms are live.
800#'s are ready. New trading platforms switch is on in Shanghai. Platform is
primed for gold fix substitute/TRN's/USN's. Live switch is on and it is
fireworks/celebration time
