L KEMPLE: 8/8/14 is, I think the constitutional time limit
to name a new PM. Its been said that PM and RV might be announced at the
same time to prevent more sales of currency. It's also been said the PM has
been selected and we are just waiting on the announcement.
CARDEN: They've already announced the NEW PM on IRAQI NEWS.
This was done last week. Several reported this done. The USA delay in reporting
that PM was chosen was only done for political reasons.
