Ukraine Crisis : A-J516 reported Ukraine officials say trucks from Russian aid convoy have crossed into Ukraine without permission. Officials adds they consider this a direct invasion by Russia of Ukraine.

Russia sent the trucks into the rebel held city of Luhansk. Russia said its patience had worn out after a week of delays from Ukrainian government.

Considerable uncertainty over Fed’s target employment level. Internal Fed labor market gauge suggests jobless rate overstates progress. Wages could rise more without creating inflation.

St. Louis Fed’s Bullard says market trading more dovishly than FOMC median. Market anticipating lower rates than our forecast. He added he is staying with late Q1 2015 forecast for rate hike.

FOMC has been too pessimistic on job market. Altanta’s Fed’s Lockhart says he is less convinced than others as he feels we are at inflection point. Persistent inflation would concern us, but not seeing that.

He added he still sees first rate hike coming in mid 2015. Stronger economic data could hasten rate hikes. ECB President Mario Draghi will also address the gathering later this afternoon.

  From Dinar land : Defense Sec. Hagel says US airstrikes helped Iraqi and Kurdish forces regain a foothold in Iraq. He added ISIS cannot be defeated without attacking it in Syria. He further says ISIS is beyond anything that we have seen.

ISIS represents a whole new dynamic and new paradigm of threats to this country. ISIS militants attacked mosque 75 miles from Baghdad during weekly prayers. Suicide bomber and gunmen killed at least 64 people, wounded dozens.
