We debate ............ IR FIRST or GOI? Some say IR FIRST. I say GOI FIRST. YET ......... Have I not said IMO that the IR has been released to the CBI? Yes.
Therefore we do not debate ...... We agree.
Even thought I say GOI FIRST ......... I have ALREADY said ........ The IR is being used in a second set of books NOW. So who came first is a point of interpretation.
What it seems like is a catch-22 but in reality it is a 322 with 20% added then refortified with 10 % more from KU / south and north Iraq. I am considering a BLUE POST.

dinardiva August 27, 2014 at 2:57pm T - I just got a text from one of our Iraq sources. He's saying it's finally on TV out of Baghdad that Abadi wants the new positions filled by 9/9, even though the GOI is already seated. Someone has told him to say this on TV so people will look toward that date. Those are the 2 positions DC has been talking about. It isn't neccesarily going to go to that date. It could be today. We know everybody last Monday had agreed it's time and yet here we are. The banking system is verified. The Qi Cards are being used internationally. Last Monday he made an announcement and another today. The banks in Iraq were told the rates would change on Monday. He's it but somebody in the background is asking him to hold off. He doesn't want to be compared to Maliki.

He was told Abadi made the GOI Announcement Today (he didn't have anymore Details & Didn't have a lot of time)!! He DID SAY people were "PARTYING UP"Now for you NON-BELIEVERS!! Don't ask for ANYMORE PROOF because their is none I can give other than what I just told!!! So THERE YOU GO...

At 1 PM, a foil-wrapped, two pound box of her favorite chocolates arrive.
Later, a boutique delivered a designer dress.
The woman shouldn�t wait for her husband to come home.
"First the flowers, then the candy, and then the dress!" she exclaimed.
"I've never spent a more wonderful Groundhog Day in my whole life!'
