Poppy3: I TRULY PERSONALLY FEEL WE HAVE NOW MOVED INTO A POSITION OF 50/50 AT ANYTIME RV. NO ONE HAS A CLEAR CUT OUTLINE OF THE PROCESS FROM THIS POINT FORWARD.

...currency reform could happen any second they decided to do it...not saying it will happen, but they can do this anytime they want. They don't need more laws, and they are in compliance with the IMF.
...there may be, MAY BE, 2 things they want to address: first, unraveling the Council of Ministers from the CBI. Maliki changed this a few years ago so that the CBI was directly under the COM. They will probably want to take steps to make the CBI an independent body once again as it states in the Constitution. Second...they will want to exonerate Shabibi of all charges...that it is definitely on Abadi's agenda but not completed yet.
Maliki...He is in a ceremonial position as VP of the Republic; he has NO power.
He cannot move into the President of Republic position if Masum falls down an elevator shaft. That process is in the Constitution and involves parliament electing another POR, who must be a Kurd.
They are working through a process and when the new Finance and Economic Committees get going, when IRAQ decides it's going to happen, it will happen. If it hasn't, it's because they aren't ready.

Donna September 11, 2014 The exposure of who did 9/11 may be the real reason for the delay of GCR, Republic NESARA announcement, etc.
RodjiW One of the best documentaries about 9/11 and more is Zeitgeist! It's totally eye opening! Blows the lid off. Interviews with the architects of the buildings and on site witnesses that prove it was demolished. An airplane couldn't possibly have brought those buildings down... Collateral damage at it's finest. I am aware of governmental corruption. Very sad indeed!

[Studmuffin] Zap....I was given some interesting information yesterday. Obama requested the rv to be delayed for 21 days. Why? The iraq government is seated, dignitaries are there to celebrate, and the country needs to get back to mainstream commerce with the rest of the world now.
They have issued a new high security 10,000 dinar note for this purpose. So why would a foreign president ask another country to not join the global economic community when it can, and is desirous of doing so. Weird.
Is it because of some high level people not getting in on the feeding trough in a timely manner, and need more time? Or maybe it is because of political pressure exerted by cabal and cartel members who are desperately trying to figure out how to launder money now that the vatican’s pope francis shut down that operation with the dismissal of the wayward cardinals populating the vatican bank.
Take your pick. It makes no difference as the real timing is determined by grandfather, and we should have the public rv this month. Whether it is tomorrow or after the 15th makes little difference….it will happen now.

Texas Rose September 10, 2014 Just wanted to share a tidbit. Earlier today I was discussing with a friend where we seem to be right now with this situation. As I'm looking at Chase bank, I tell my friend I think I'm going to go buy some Dong and see what happens. As it turns out, he had already beat me to the punch. He went there earlier today and was told they can't sell it. Both he and I on multiple occasions have bought Dong at that branch from the same teller he tried to purchase Dong from today. We are familiar enough with this teller if it was just that particular branch she would have told him where he could get it. Not disappointed at all
