Mass change exclude the existence of a solution to the differences between the federal government and the Kurdistan region

بغداد/ المسلة: أستبعد النائب عن حركة التغيير درباز صالح، اليوم الاحد، وجود حل يلوح بالافق للقضايا والخلافات العالقة بين الحكومة الاتحادية واقليم كردستان، خاصة في ما يتعلق بالمسائل الاقتصادية كالموازنة المالية لعام 2014.

BAGHDAD / obelisk: rule out the MP for the MDC Derbaz Saleh, on Sunday, and the looming presence of a solution to the issues and the outstanding differences between the federal government and the Kurdistan region, especially in regard to economic matters Kalmoisna financial year 2014.

وقال النائب صالح في حديث لـ"المسلة" إن "القضايا الخلافية العالقة بين الحكومة الاتحادية واقليم كردستان لعراق، لم تحل لغاية الان، وليس هناك مؤشرات في الافق لحلها، رغم الجولات التفاوضية التي اجريت بين الطرفين".

The MP said in an interview for "obelisk" that "contentious issues pending between the federal government and the Kurdistan region of Iraq, is not solved until now, and there is no sign on the horizon to solve, despite negotiation rounds that took place between the two parties."

وأضاف "ابرز القضايا الخلافية تتمثل بالمادة 140 وملف تصدير النفط والموازنة المالية وقطع رواتب موظفي الاقليم وكذلك مسألة قوات البيشمركة من حيث التجهيز والتسليح".

"The most contentious issues is Article 140 and file export of oil and the financial budget and cut the salaries of the staff of the province, as well as the issue of the Peshmerga forces in terms of equipment and armament."

واوضح أن "بقاء المشاكل على حالها لا يخدم الطرفين وسط الظروف التي يشهدها العراق، في ظل التحديات الامنية ومواجهة الارهاب"، مرجحا أن "يتم استئناف المفاوضات بين الطرفين مرة اخرى بعد عيد الاضحى، رغم اجتمع الطرفين قبلها ولم يتوصلا الى حل".

He explained that "the survival of the same problems does not serve the parties amid circumstances taking place in Iraq, in light of the security challenges and the face of terrorism," likely to "be the resumption of negotiations between the two sides once again after the Eid al-Adha, although the two sides met before and did not reach a solution."

واجرى وفدا رسميا يمثل حكومة اقليم كردستان، زيارة الى بغداد برئاسة روز نوري شاويس، والتقى برئيس الوزراء حيدر العبادي لمناقشة القضايا العالقة بين الحكومة الاتحادية والاقليم.

And held an official delegation representing the Kurdistan Regional Government, a visit to Baghdad, headed by Rose Nuri Shaways, and met with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to discuss the outstanding issues between the federal government and the province.
