delivered by the treasury is the same as loaded. Correct Vinman?
Codes, I believe, are sent to people with chipped cards that they have to swipe
to activate part of the system. The admiral has one of these cards.
WILDDUCK > Nope codes go to the banks to activate rates
on currency screens. Admiral is done. Card swiping Is mythical legend. Unless
it is at they players club at Harrah to qualify for the lobster buffet
