Johnnie just came home from the hospital --- again!

I have been absent for the last 2 days due to a stay in the hospital for heart problems - Fluid in the lungs.

While I was planning to go all natural with herbs and arteries flow enhancers but due to the nature of my weak heart, I decided to with Triple Bypass Operation next month.

I just arrived home and going through all my correspondence. Postings will be showing up later this evening.

GOD Bless You All,

John MacHaffie

I have had high blood pressure too high for my driving job, but the use of Co Q-10, Magnesium, and Zinc that I can get at Walmart on the shelf has lowed it down to at times 100/60 which may be too low at times but still good.
Johnnie and the rest of you should take a try at this rather than a hospital profit making surgery or major health care.

Best wishes to you John for a healthy and happy 2015! Yes we all like to go the natural route first, but when stronger measures are needed let's be glad they're available! They are also very successful. You'll feel like a new man! Peace and many thanks for all that you do, rest easy until the big fix LOL!! It's gonna' lighten up shortly!

Please, please ask your doctor if you can have stents put in your heart through the catherization procedure, instead of open heart surgery! You will do so much better & recovery is much, much easier! And take all of the above natural suggestions. We appreciate you so much! Best Wishes, a Naturopathic Dr.

That's what Dr Linus Pauling said.

Please consider taking CoQ10, if you aren't. It is a vital nutrient for muscles, your heart being the largest and most important muscle. CoQ10 levels go down starting in one's 20s, and by the age of 80 may be lower than the level at birth.
