SOUND FAMILIAR?
With three token "public meetings" under their belt, on Monday evening in Helena the compact commission voted to move the CSKT Water Compact forward to the legislature.
In front of an audience consisting largely of compact proponents, the compact commission fell all over themselves with self-congratulations for all their hard work, and the foregone conclusion was approved.
Shortly before that meeting, Melissa Hornbein, attorney for the compact commission, released yet another version of the compact, mere hours before the vote.
WHEN DID THE PEOPLE OF MONTANA HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW AND APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE THIS MEASURE? THEY DIDN'T!!!!

CUT A DEAL WITH A ROTTEN SOCK ATTORNEY THAT SMOKES CIGARS, HAS METAL TRIANGLES ON THE TOES OF HIS BOOTS, CUSSES LIKE A SAILOR, BLOWS MORE THAN ROTTEN SMOKE IN THEIR FACES AND NEVER LOSES A LAWSUIT ... WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS SITUATION IS TOTAL FRAUD AGAINST EVERY MONTANAN AND THE ENTIRE MONTANA REPUBLIC.....WHY ARE YOU LETTING THESE AHOS GET AWAY WITH IT????????
