Putin Just Gave All Russians the Right to Carry a Rifle Anywhere

       What could possibly go wrong?

Today, the Russian government changed its gun laws to allow citizens to carry rifles in public for the purpose of self-defense. Sound terrifying? It is.
Let's think about the context into which guns will be introduced. The Russians are the second-biggest consumers of hard liquor in the world (first in Europe). According to the World Health Organization, risky drinking—defined as "frequency and circumstances of alcohol consumption and the proportion of people drinking alcohol to intoxication"—is highest in the Russian Federation. Drinking in that country already often leads to suicide and accidents and fights.
Russia is also a country where people are massively suspicious of their fellow citizens, and equally unsure of their future. And that was before the Russians invaded Ukraine and whipped its own population into an aggressive, nationalist frenzy. One very telling incident: a young Russian journalist was slapped by an older woman on the metro for wearing a shirt with Snoopy holding a British flag. Imagine if the woman had a rifle slung over her shoulder. (That's not hard to imagine if you read my 2012 piece about the small but very active gun rights lobby in Russia.)
As if to punctuate the point, President Vladimir Putin, speaking Tuesday at the United People's Front said: "You can get a lot more done with politeness and a weapon than with politeness alone."

Putin is doing what few other leaders are, acting sanely. I am not pro or con Russia, but pro humanity. This article does a good job spinning Russians as a questionable bunch of drunk, rifle toting alcoholics. This is classic Alex " the spastic " Jones style so called journalism, hardly deserving of being printed here. Lately, Nesara news can't seem to get enough Alex Jones. His journalism is more like a soap opera, long on theater and short on content.
Russia / China bashing is popular propaganda these days. I hope this was put here to ' show both sides ' rather than being representative of this blogs leanings. I am a long time follower here, disappointingly watching this site slowly morph into a reprint site from other available web pages. Time to get your shit together, Freewill. This site is losing it. I don't agree with this article insinuating that due to alcohol consumption and the ability to carry a rifle is going to be dangerous. Many will not carry a rifle just because they have the right to do so and it is amazing the responsibility that comes with the carrying of a weapon. Will there be incidents by a few lawless...probably ...but no more than what there would probably be without it they'd just be using something else for the weapon. Kudos to Putin ....

LJ May 5, 2015 at 10:40 AM I don't know what proof of 'morph' you are referring to LJ. Perhaps you are posting to the wrong site? The readership of NESARA has tripled and moving upward again in the past several months so we must be doing allot of things right here. Overall, it appears the NESARA readers are of above average intelligence and well informed, and are well able to discern for themselves what is important to them and what is of lesser importance and can be passed over without having to point out their negative observations to others - even insulting the intelligence of other readers. If you are not happy with NESARA, then perhaps another website will meet your expectations, but for now we three continue to work diligently and most times long long hours to provide our readers with selected articles to inform and prepare them.

The article loses credibility when it speaks of Russia invading the Ukraine. Russia never invaded the Ukraine. Crimea voted in a clean civilized election to leave Ukraine and join Russia, and U.S. backed forces attempted to forcefully make Crimea stay with Ukraine. The only thing Russia ever did was send humanitarian aid to the Crimeans who were defending themselves. If anything, Russia has shown great restraint when dealing with the war mongering west.

Why does this concern America. We carry guns! So what's the big deal about them having to right to carry guns?

It should concern Americans because Putin has given his people the right to open carry a rifle anywhere anytime....this is something that American's are SUPPOSE to have the right to do... but all weapons not just rifles... and we don't. Our Second Amendment protects this right to carry and defend but it is gradually beng taken by the ignorance of the people...not to mention indoctrination of the population.
