This should be on the front page of every newspaper.

         Charley Reese's final
column for the Orlando Sentinel... He has been a
          journalist for 49 years.
He is retiring and this is HIS LAST COLUMN.

Be sure to read the Tax
          List at the end.

This is about as clear and
easy to understand as it can be. The article below
is completely neutral, neither anti-republican or democrat.

Charlie Reese, a retired reporter for the Orlando Sentinel,
has hit the nail directly on the head, defining clearly
who it is that in the final analysis must assume responsibility
for the judgments made that impact each one of us every day.

It's a short but good read.

          Worth the time.

          Worth remembering!

          545 vs. 300,000,000 People
                                                   By Charlie Reese

Politicians are the only people in the world
who create problems and then campaign...........against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats
and the Republicans are against deficits,

          WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians
are against inflation and high taxes,

WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget.

          The President does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority
          to vote on appropriations.

          The House of representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy,
          the Federal Reserve Bank does.

          One hundred senators, 435 congressmen,
one President, and nine Supreme Court justices

equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million
are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible
for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board
because that problem was created by the Congress.

In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty
to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered,
          but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists
          for a sound reason.

         They have no legal authority.

They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman,
or a President to do one cotton-picking thing.

I don't care if  they offer a politician $1 million dollars
         in cash.

The politician has the power to accept or reject it.

No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the
legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy
convincing you that what they did is not their fault.

They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being
is an excessive amount of gall.

No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker
who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits..
( The President can only propose a budget.,,,,,,
.......... He cannot force the Congress to accept it.)

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land,
gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives
for originating and approving appropriations and taxes.

Who is the speaker of the House?

John Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party.

He and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any
         budget they want.

If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

[The House has passed a budget but the Senate has not approved
a budget in over three years. The President's proposed budgets
have gotten almost unanimous rejections in the Senate in that time.]

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot...
replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts --
        of incompetence and irresponsibility.

I can't think of a single domestic problem
that is not traceable directly to those 545 people.
When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise
the power of the federal government, then it must follow that
what exists is what they want to exist.

******************************************************************************
If the tax code is unfair,
it's because... they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red,
it's because... they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and
              Afghanistan it's because... they want
              them in Iraq and Afghanistan.

If they do not receive social security
but are on an elite retirement plan not
available to the people, it's because...
              ...they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

                Do not let these 545
people shift the blame to bureaucrats,
...whom they hire and whose jobs
... they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts
and advice... they can reject; to regulators,
to whom they give the power to regulate and
from whom... they can take this power.

Above all, do not let them con you into
the belief that there exists disembodied
                mystical forces like "the economy,"
"inflation," or "politics" that prevent them
from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone,
are responsible. They, and they alone,
                have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held
accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage
               their own employees...
We should vote all of them out of office and clean
               up their mess!

This might be funny if it weren't so true.
Be sure to read all the way to the end:

                    Tax his

Here's my comment on this post. It's time that the people demand a limit to the number of years and terms that any politician is allowed to hold the position of politician. This is a privilege and should be reserved for those who want to actually serve the people of the nation. My suggestion is that congress and senators not be allowed more than 2 times for the same position, and that the position not extend beyond 2 years. This lifetime free-ride has seen it's time to go. No more exemptions from the laws, and special health, security, and pension plans for them either.

Part 1
Nice,
When is the election? My opinion in all of this is:
People don't know what to do. They are waiting on someone else to make the first move.
They cannot think what the first move is.
When the first move is made, they will begin to use their mind to think, it's not the right move, there must be another or a different one.
End result. People don't know what to do. They are waiting on someone else to make the second move.
Repeat ad infinitum - to infinity - endlessly - without limit

The publisher at least broke one program that has propogated the internet.
O did it.
I read that so much I got numb and stopped reading it.
In a system where no one has power unless given, and no one uses power unless someone recognizes they have it,
we have 'given' so much power to people who don't have it and have no authority to use it.

A man can stop you on the street and claim you should have a contract with the state to drive, and he'll write a contract for your failure to get that other contract, and tell you to go to a building to create yet another contract by gesture for showing up to dispute his claim that you should have the first contract to drive.

You will do as you are told, when you have no knowledge of who hired him and what power was he given to tell you who you should contract with of your free will. Then you will go to that building, and they will presume you had an agreement with someone to be put back into line when you step out of it, they will presume you must believe you were supposed to have that contract why else would you come to them to fight over a contract written in the streets without your consent.

For showing up, the business of the court is to get you to contract to return to fight about the contract you acknowledge as having received, without disclosing you did not consent, or that your identity was used for a purpose you did not consent to.

Even though you tell them you don't accept their authority, they will tell you, you owe the money and you will pay it.

You at some point did consent. You just didn't pay attention to when you did, because you let them tell you what you are to do, and you did it, all the way. You appeared when a stranger told you, and you did so at the time and date he told you, so you must have given him power to tell you what to do, and then you speak to more people who are unknown to you, and try to discuss a contract you claim you didn't want, but why would you speak to any stranger about this unless you believe they have power over the situation you were placed in. Then when they decide against you, you pay to 'get it over with' so you can go back to 'your life'.
And use the internet to complain about a man everyone claims is a puppet but for conveniences, he's in control of the things you don't like.
Go vote, and stay in that system. They don't work for you, they don't represent you, they never did.
Get you signs and let them know how angry you are that they are not doing the job, they don't even have with you.
Go register again, and vote for someone else, you can remove all 545 and the next group you put in, STILL don't work for you and never will.
Proclaim your pride for belonging to a group of people who claim to be represented with pride, when their own judicial system doesn't allow nor recognize the founding documents you claim you are protected under.

Part 2
I further opinion the following:
Someone overseas said Americans are American'ts. I can see where aspects of that is true.
You can't break free from the lie, and think differently, and separate from the group still hypnotized by the lie.
Go watch t.v., there are some of us that are doing, whether anyone agrees with it or not, at least we are doing something.
People are taking this from different angles and peeling back the onion and the center of their onion is fake.
Tom Deegan at hudok.info is doing - they are all corporate employees giving each other the authority to do things without having the authority of the people to delegate the powers and authorities they are giving to each other.
Gregory Morse saveourfamilyandhome.com is doing
Imagine finding that the address that owns a courthouse is a residential address.
Why are people in jail for a business that has an owner with a residential address on record? He controls their souls. Why should he be able to do that?
America is not a leader because its people are followers consuming the latest rumor and blaming the wrong people for their problems they are perpetrating in their incompetence to rule their own lives and too fearful and scared to tell someone else they are 'not the boss of me'.

... it's all a big club... and you ain't in it- you and I are not in the big club. G.Carlin. How many politicians are Dual citizens? How many are registered with the BAR,(British Accredited Registry)? Giving their allegiance to the'Crown', (which most don't even realize... maybe). This means that these two types of politicians are NOT constitutionally holding office. (see original 14th amendment) There are probably only a few who uphold their oath to the American people-- out of 535!!! Voting is rigged...DUH, all we can do is throw the BUMS out! Well.. maybe a little tar and feathers... beats a 'rope', and I'm sure even they will agree with that.

Oh... and the Federal Gov't owes this huge debt... they incurred it through their money policies, their Black budgets, their constant war and meddling in countries they have no right to invade. Nation building my a$$! Now they expect the American people to cover THEIR debts. Time to wake the f#ck up people...we do't owe this debt... they do.

Maybe it is time to send all the refuges and illegals to live at their homes, in their garages and their neighborhoods. Europe has now said to have the people running away from wars to live in your garages. Post all these peoples addresses to direct these poor people and let them take all these people in and support them.
