FBI preparing to recommend to Lynch that Hillary be prosecuted

Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay

FORMER  MAJORITY  LEADER  TO  LYNCH:   NO  STALLING  ON  HILLARY

Attorney  general  to  prosecute  FBI's  'slam-dunk  case'

NEW YORK – Former Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay has a message for U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch:  Appointing a special prosecutor in the Hillary Clinton email case would be widely regarded as a “political solution” whose only point would be to put off an indictment until after the presidential election in November.

“Truthfully, Lynch does not need a special prosecutor; she already has had the FBI investigation,” DeLay said in an interview with WND. “She (Lynch) has to decide now whether or not to take Hillary Clinton’s email case to a grand jury, or not.”

The former Texas lawmaker based his remarks on sources in the FBI who tell him they have a “slam dunk” case against Clinton and are preparing to recommend to Lynch that Hillary be prosecuted.

“If Lynch takes an FBI recommendation to indict and appoints a special prosecutor, it’s nothing more than a political move, and the American people will see it just that way,” he insisted.  “I want to send that message to the attorney general,” he said.

Final stage of investigation

Last Friday, former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey wrote in a Wall Street Journal op-ed that bringing criminal charges against Hillary Clinton is justified as evidence mounts of malfeasance in her handling of classified information on her private email server while secretary of state.

On Tuesday, Fox News reported the FBI is going “straight to the source” in its investigation of Clinton, meeting with intelligence agencies to determine the classification level in the emails being investigated.

“This sounds to me like the final stage of the investigation,” DeLay said. “The FBI is going and consulting with the intelligence agencies to find out what is classified and what is not. This has to be just about the last step the FBI needs to take to complete its investigation.”

On Monday, DeLay told Newsmax the FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton, and if Lynch does not follow the recommendation, the agency’s investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings.

“My sources in the FBI are good, and they know what they are talking about,” DeLay said. “What I’m told is the FBI is ready to submit a recommendation to the attorney general to prosecute Hillary. My FBI sources say this is such a ‘slam-dunk’ case that, if Loretta Lynch does not recommend an indictment to the grand jury, the FBI will go public and Hillary will be tried in the press.”

If the FBI is forced to go public, DeLay said he believes “people will start running from Hillary,” ending her presidential hopes.  “You can’t run for president of the United States when you’re under criminal indictment, or when the FBI investigators are leaking the details of the criminal charges to the public,” he said. “At the very least, the Congress would start delving into what the FBI found out.”

DeLay believes Clinton is trying to stop the damage by “doing what the Clintons usually do – attack the messenger and lie about there’s nothing there."  “Remember,” he said, laughing, “with the Clintons it depends on what the definition of ‘is’ is.”

Biden ready to jump in?

DeLay believes that when Vice President Joe Biden announced he would not run for president, his plan was to wait in the wings and be prepared to enter the race if Hillary were to be indicted.

Joe Biden wants to be president in the worst way,” DeLay said. “If the email scandal breaks against Hillary, I think Joe Biden would jump into the race in a nanosecond, especially if he doesn’t have to work as hard as the other candidates have worked.

“We’re running out of time,” he noted, “and if Hillary’s email scandal gets hotter, it may go all the way to the Democratic Nominating Convention. But if the FBI recommends prosecution, I don’t see how Hillary is going to be the candidate.”

BUT If it DOES go to a "Grand Jury", said Grand Jury should be the Unified Common Law Grand Jury in the area where the case if prosecuted. NOT the grand jury that is in the same system as the rest of the thugs.

JMHO - YMMV

If this muslim creature Lynch does not follow through with her job, this should scream volumes of where she stands and she herself should be indicted as well.
I believe Killery was the chosen one for this years selection, not election, but someone threw a glitch in the works and now they are on damage control full tilt boogie.
The plot thickens and the hits just keep on comin.
