Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, known for his fiery comments on and off the bench, has died, Texas' governor says. He was 79.
"Justice Antonin Scalia was a man of God, a patriot, and an unwavering defender of the written Constitution and the Rule of Law. He was the solid rock who turned away so many attempts to depart from and distort the Constitution," Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said in a statement. "We mourn his passing, and we pray that his successor on the Supreme Court will take his place as a champion for the written Constitution and the Rule of Law."
Scalia was nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1986 under President Ronald Reagan, who named him as Associate Justice. A lawyer by trade, he entered public service in the 1970s as general counsel for President Richard Nixon and as the Assistant Attorney General.

As a Supreme Court justice, Scalia, a conservative, gained a reputation for offering blunt dissents. Most recently, in December, he came under fire from civil rights attorneys and black lawmakers after suggesting African-American students might fare better in a "slower-track school" while hearing a case about race-based admissions.
But it was his comments over the years on gay rights that often caused the biggest waves: When the high court legalized gay marriage nationwide last June, Scalia said in his dissent, ""Who ever thought that intimacy and spirituality [whatever that means] were freedoms?"
"And if intimacy is, one would think that Freedom of Intimacy is abridged rather than expanded by marriage. Ask the nearest hippie," he wrote.
The last Supreme Court justice to die while serving was Chief Justice William Rehnquist, 80, in September 2005. Rehnquist was the first to die in office since Justice Robert Jackson died in 1954 and the first Chief Justice since Fred Vinson in 1953.
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Scalia has Italian roots. He was slated to teach in Paris this summer for the San Diego-based Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

A GRAND DICTATOR IS DECEASED AND NO LONGER WITH US...
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-02-13/supreme-court-justice-antonin-scalia-found-dead-west-texas-ranch

Antoin Scalia was pronounced deceased at his Texas home Saturday, with authorities attributing it to natural causes. Scalia, the criminal sociopath who sold this country out to uphold "Citizens United" and Roe V. Wade, along with steadily chipping away at our 2nd amendment rights is gone.

Justice Scalia of the fake U.S. Supreme Court is unfortunately no longer available to shred the nation's constitutional rights. Today, Scalia is burning in hell for what he did to sell out his country.

Luckily for Scalia, his crimes aren't severe enough to allow him to languish in hades. So I have to personally give my respects to Mr. Scalia, despite all the treason he committed in his time on Earth. Even an utter despot can one day leave hell and return to heaven, that's the good news for him.

However let me still proceed to announce my utter and justifiable disgust with Scalia's treason and crimes while still alive. Citizens United was one of the worst deceits and criminal acts I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing....which made it a crying shame that all 5 justices are not somehow "no longer with us" given the U.S. Supreme Court is a criminal fraud to start with.

But make no mistake, despite Scalia's evil actions he did some good too. And just like Tim Russert, I am acknowledging the good things he did do, such as standing up for the world's private property rights. The real tragedy in all of it is, any of the justices chosen for the Supreme Court will no doubt be much worse since the Supreme Court is officially a fraud.

May God free Scalia's soul and redeem him. And his quiet end is a warning to all evil-doers such as the Hillary Clinton types of this world. If you truly believe you are untouchable, you are going to learn the hard way just how wrong you have been.

Repent of your crimes in jail and repent of your crimes in life, or they will most assuredly be a million times worse after the fall.

Antoin Scalia was a crook there is no mistaking that. However towards the end of his life, he began turning over a new leaf. There's no doubt that after paying back his dues he will finally cross over to paradise to be with his family. The saddest part is, he was even more than willing to rule on recognizing the reconstituted republic. But now he's gone, so that part of the story is over.

Absolutely agree with the last comment. Citizens United was treason and just WRONG by any rational thinking. He will not be missed!

Just like Tim Russert, the Cabal took him out, you can count on it.

Truly looking forward to new restored republic.

Appreciative of his US V. Williams comments regarding jury as fourth branch of government whereby we the people are the rule of law, apart from any judicial or attorney oversight, able to rule on both law and facts of any case.

Ex: Credit River decision 1968: First National Bank of Montgomery, Minnesota, vs. Jerome Daly proved that the Federal Reserve banks and other lending institutions organized under their System never give anything of equitable value in exchange for the Promissory Notes, Mortgage Contracts and or Deeds of Trust that they obtain; bank manager admitted under cross-examination that the bank created the funds it loaned to Jerome Daly out of thin air simply by entering numbers in a ledger and which represented credit already owed to Jerome Daly by the same banks; once such a determination is made by a jury it stands as fact by jury decision in the superior court of the People which no inferior court or jurisdiction has authority to overturn or review according to Amendment Article VII and Article IV Section 1 of The Constitution for the united States of America. This is important because a jury decision in Public Court stands over any decision by corporate administrative tribunals which are expected to act in conformance with Public Law. There is no excuse whatsoever for any foreclosure action that has been taken in America since 1968 in favor of the banks and lending institutions operating under the Federal Reserve system, nor any successor system operating under the same principles. This is important because the Daly case proved that no equitable consideration was given by the banks and no valid contract ever existed as a result. (From Judge Anna's "comic book"... Affidavit of Probable Cause, used by her permission in recent cases)

Why has this case been ignored regarding any unlawful foreclosure since? Could it be because judiciary & attorneys have a financial interest in MB Securities, which excludes them from deciding same due to bias?
