Sager :Central Bank Governor: Budget will be sent to parliament during the
next two days
Mon Oct 20 2014 15:58 | (Voice of Iraq) - Sumerian News / Baghdad.
Revealed the central bank governor on the Keywords, Monday, that the state
budget will be sent to the House of Representatives during the next two days to
read it and vote on it.
Alak said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "budget bill
will be completed during the next two days," noting that "The draft
budget will be sent to the House of Representatives after the completion of the
reading and vote on them."
The head of the House of Representatives confirmed Saleem al-Jubouri, on Sunday
(19 October 2014), that the state budget is not included in Parliament,
pointing out that it the second case for the presidency of the Council.
It is noteworthy that the state budget has become the stuff of debate and an
exchange of accusations between all the political blocs, was returned to the
Council of Ministers to make adjustments to some of its clauses.

Abadi and the CoM can place whomever they want in the CBI position and Maliki
made that quite clear when he appointed Ismail, it is on record at the cabinet
of Iraq...That said;
the lifting of the zeros is more than just
one man’s decision and there is a board of directors of the CBI...The
Boards members are involved in other financial institutions such as trade bank
etc...And Trade Bank is operated by JP Morgan...
so the governor of the
cbi is not the only one that can or will push the bottom to get this going. Comment

I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD NOT LET THE MONEY OUT OF MY SIGHT, I WANTED TO SEE
THEM RUN IT THROUGH THE MACHINE AND GET SOMETHING THAT THEY SIGN STATING IT IS

Minister: I receive my duties in the next couple of days.
BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) - Finance Minister
Hoshyar Zebari, Sabeshr
my work at the headquarters of the
Ministry of Finance in the next two days, stressing that he will
attend the meeting of the Council of Ministers,
which will be held
today.
He explained Zebari's ( IMN ), "did I begin yet in the Ministry of
Finance,
but I will I receive my duties in the next two days will be the
budget of my priorities."
He said Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, earlier, he would work to
expedite
the completion of the budget in 2014 and sent to the Council of Ministers for
approval, pointing out that the time has come to start work after

The three zero's has to be deleted in order to lower the note count to
1billion dinars, the note count has to be lower in order for a
RV. .00086 is the rate so dropping 3 zeros = .86?]
I
t does not mean .86 cents, that is the multiplier for the 1166 dinar
per dollar...the term dropping the zeros means bringing the value of the
currency to an rv'ed rate. The thing to remember is a dinar is worth
what a dinar is worth no matter the size of the note. Comment

The admiral goes in before general 64 group starts this is called the
tiers but what we are witnessing is the projects and the humanitarians have
started paying out and the whales big trillion dollar deal between private
legitimate whales.
The parsons funds have been paid… the farmers have started paying out today…
that’s the big news from today is the farmers stated paying out…..
The cmkx started paying out so there is money moving …we need to see the
admiral go in to really understand that the public would be next…
I think we are witnessing history but can't see it from where we sit …I believe
the historical bonds will be paid out when the admiral goes in then the

host of problems and obstacles.

Barzani demands to transfer economic power from the public to the private
sector which will move against political instability...and

conversation leading to Kurdistan in the REMOVAL of the 3 zeros before the end
of the year...I was told this is one of the Kurds conditions to participate in
Iraq government...The ESX plans on opening "by years end" and they

BUDGET. THEY WILL START DISTRIBUTION OF THE DINAR AND ALSO ACTIVATE ALL LAWS
FOR MARKET ECONOMY.
RIGHT NOW THEY ARE WORKING ON THE ISX TO ENTER IT TO THE X-STREAM OF THENASDAQ
OMX PLATFORM -- NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE PLATFORM. REMEMBER THAT CBI WOULD NOT
RELEASE ANY FUNDS WITHOUT A BUDGET.
I AM IN SHOCK THAT WE HAVE THE MINISTERS – WHOOOPOW.

Debbie: I love presents and
people keeping their promises. Yesterday Abadi stated he was going to be
bringing a present to Parliament..and told us last week he promised to seat the
Ministers. And he did not let us down....He gave us the best
present yesterday and kept his promise. What an exciting day to
remember.
Yesterday History was made and a very important day for the Iraqi People.
What was accomplished was so much more than all of us realize.
Abadi has achieved in a short period time what some could or did not want to
accomplish~~The New Government of Iraq was formed yesterday all in one day...
We have 7 New Ministers
Most Importantly...
Defense Minister Al-Obeidi
Interior Minister....Al Ghabban
Finance Minister... Zebari
Womens Affairs....Nuri
All 5 Kurdish Ministers were sworn in .....
Can I do the Happy Dance Now.........
Al-Abadi, has proven himself to be a leader and that it is about the People
of Iraq....
With the help of Barzani, Hakim, and countless others, he has accomplished so
much in a very short time.
Now we move on to the NEXT STEP....I, for one have every confidence in this
government and Abadi running it and look for things to happen quickly.......The
Budget, all the of Laws we have discussed so many times on our calls to move
forward (remember that Guillotine Process I always talk about), HCL etc.
Abadi has proven himself to me and others~~What he has accomplished is So Much More
than some realize. If they are on our call, they know.....
Democracy Finally for Iraq and the Iraqi People...What a Historic Day.
